I'm not feeling well. I've had half a headache for two days-- guess
that makes a whole headache. In any case, because of that, or perhaps
because the the stars are improperly aligned, or because some
childhood trauma haunts my subconscious sabotaging my efforts, or
becuase I am beset by a curse from some ill-wisher, or-- I'm getting
nowhere with my writing. Or with anything else, useful or otherwise.
I decided to go to New York to see the newly reconstructed
Hayden Planetarium.
It's at the American Museum of Natural History's Rose Center for Earth
and Space. You have got to see this place, even if only on a
computer screen! It is very, very cool.
Peter and I were talking about it the other day. It's been getting a
lot of press. We've decided that we are going to go in person as soon as we
can arrange it. Soon, I hope. But reservations are required...
Rats. The problem with the writing is probably just that it's one of
those days. Again. I'm going to take my headache to bed.
P.S. Don't forget to check out the virtual tours and the Giant Squid!
